Every space and intended use requires a different amount of work. Pricing is therefore set out in a tailored written quotation with no implicit extras.
Tailored quotations
To prepare a proposal I need the property type, location, approximate floor area, room count, readiness and intended use. Access requirements, travel and timing are clarified before confirmation.
The table describes common types of assignment. It does not publish fixed prices because the duration, image count and licence depend on the project.

Frequently asked questions
What determines the price of a photography assignment?
The quotation considers floor area, room count and complexity, required image count, readiness, access, location, shoot time, file destination and usage licence. A short description, floor plan and current reference images make it possible to estimate the work without forcing it into a generic package.
Is the site visit free?
Not every assignment needs a preliminary visit; a floor plan, video or current images are often enough. When a visit would be useful, its arrangements and any cost are stated in the quotation before it is booked. Nothing is assumed.
How quickly are the photographs delivered?
The standard delivery stated for photography services on this site is 48–72 hours after the shoot. Large projects, special edits or additional requests may take longer; the agreed timing is always recorded in the quotation.
How should I prepare the property?
Rooms should be clean, tidy and ready at the agreed time. Clear surfaces, hide cables, cleaning products and personal items, arrange textiles and curtains, replace failed bulbs and confirm access to every room. A preparation checklist can be shared before the shoot.
Do you work outside Milan?
Yes. Coverage includes Milan and its province, Lombardy and, on request, the rest of northern Italy. The location, travel time and any travel cost are shown in the quotation before confirmation.
How are invoicing and VAT details handled?
Invoicing arrangements and the required tax information are confirmed in the quotation before the assignment. If your organisation needs a particular billing name, internal order or reference, include it in the enquiry.
Which image usage rights are included?
The quotation states who may use the photographs and through which channels, such as a listing, website, platforms, social media, portfolio or publication. Copyright remains with the photographer. Use by another organisation or for an unlisted campaign must be agreed in writing.
What happens if I cancel or postpone?
Let me know as soon as possible. Terms covering cancellation, postponement, unavailable access or an unprepared space are stated in the quotation, without assuming unagreed fees or deadlines. If light, weather or incomplete work prevents the intended result, a new date can be considered.
How does payment work?
The amount, due dates and payment method are included in the quotation before confirmation. No standard formula is published because assignments of different scale and duration may require different terms.
Do you also provide video or drone filming?
At present, photomilan.it presents photography services only. Video and drone filming are not listed as available services and are not included in a quotation without specific written confirmation.
